Villian is relatively unknown but seems somewhat fishy..My plan was to c/c most river bets to extract $$ from draws/air whatever. But his full pot bet scurrrsss me :(. (esp on stars where there is no pot button) Thoughts?

In this hand I like your idea of check/calling and I don't think it matters much that he bets full pot. I would keep it simple with my thought process and call here and take a note.
Couple of draws missed so I definitely think you can call. By the way blind vs blind I would probably just valuebet the river.
I think the biggest read here is what u said he physically had to like type in pot size bet on PS. I don't think a call here is bad given he is fishy and draws missed and I think a call is fine too. This would be 110% game flow itm decision for me based on whether I think he is the type to put in that amount to get a fold or for value (so again back to what u said about that exact bet amount)

I think the most important question is if he valuebets QJ or QT like that. If you think he's fishy enough to do that I'd call. If you are sure he doesn't I'd fold but it's still close.
