haha, gl to you bro. Since I've been losing weight here lately, (Doing the old man diet) Just trying to do some slimming down, boost my stamina a little bit with some cardio and what not. Well, now that I've lost like 25 lbs, I wanna start building my abs, I dont want them to show cause I'm skinny, I really want some good definition, especially lower. I plan on start doing MMA and shit soon, and I definatly dont want a weak mid section. I was wondering what types of workouts you guys do to build abs. I'm looking for more of a BIG MID section, rather than cut up. Ill worry about cutting once I get what i want accomplished. Any suggestions?

BERN, considering buying an ab wheel. That thing is like the most intense ab workout ever. Plus its super cheap (its like $10).

Yeah, I was actually thinking about that TBH. Just for sheer fact that your going to be using your entire upper body almost, as well as your abs, and sides, to keep balanced, and to keep pushing.

Woot broke the 40lb weight loss when I checked the scale today. Probably be another 2-3 months before I can lose the remaining fat on my body but I'm getting there slow and steady.
On a totally unrelated note, is anyone really into strength/weight training? I'm looking to start cutting down on my cardio soon and want to get stronger and start packing on the muscles but I don't know where to begin.
Anyone have resources on a good simple beginner routine where I don't badly injure myself LOL. Seriously I'm a total beginner, never done a squat in my life and that looks scary to me.
