Flop is fine imo. Can't fold because it's a minraise and overcaller might have some draw but you can't 3bet either because you're turning your hand into a bluff. I think call>fold>>>raise there unless both players are playing 50/10 and being total monkeys or w/e but you don't know that here.
River I'm folding, it just seems unlikely that you have both beaten here. Without more information on the players, I think it's safest to fold. I think you have banny2009 beat but ivanacer probably hit something on that river.. 56 maybe?

How much is the pot on the river? And whats his bet size compare to the pot?
(assuming its a pot size bet almost) At the low limit they almost never bet big here as a bluff unless u have read that he does bluff bets properly.
This is way more likly something like a str8 than anything else. You will probably have banny2009 beat a good %% of the times but the $30 almost pot size bet its never a pair IMO.(again unless he is a maniac but you said u dont even have stats)
