I think he can have QT QQ and KJ as his valuerange, J9s if he does not bet the turn with it. So raising here is prolly bad. I would flat. Also leading the turn would be nice. Looks extremely suspicious and if he has some kind of draw he checks behind moast of the time.

I agree on betting the turn. Makes sure he can't check behind and your hand doesn't look all that strong by taking that line.
On river I would just call and not think too much of it. Shoving is way too thin imo. I don't think he's ever gonna have worse if he calls your shove because there's a myriad of straights possible given the action.

Thanks for the input! Betting turn is problaby a good play, preventing him to check behind.
In the hand I ended up calling and he showed up with AQo.
