Hey guys :) Hope you're all having a good day at the tables, thought I'd put in a small update since I've been pretty silent on blogs in the last few weeks. As you may know I am the king of running bad and it hurt my confidence greatly, so I took a break as I was getting desperate and had no trust in my skills anymore, even though my EV line shows I should be swimming in profit, rather than trying to cover back losses as I have been since I started on propaganda.

Since the cashes on titan mtts (see previous blogs) I've only played cash games on propa, grinding my way up (or so to speak). In reality I've only been grinding my EV line up as I'm still running below average. I've cleared most of the bonus and I'm pretty sure I can play any limit I want now (think I've played the amount of hands required). Not that it matters as I'm gonna stick to NL2 (and maybe some NL4) until I've got enough buyins to move to NL10.

As of now I'm still sitting at roughly the same bankroll I started with ... To give you an idea of how horrible I've been running and how I was being genuine when I bitched in those threads, the gap between my EV line and my actual profit is now 25% of my BR!!!!. I should be around 20$ profit over close to 10k hands, instead I'm down by roughly 2$. It's the story of my poker time, to be honest. In terms of results I'm a breakeven player, but according to stats I should be a 12bb/100 winner.... Oh well, I'm hoping this will change soon, trying to stay positive through all of this, even though I've been hoping for my luck to change over the last year without much improvement. On the bright side I should be able to play some MTTs on the side soon, I love playing those! I've had some good results and a more than decent ROI in MTTs on other poker rooms so I recon it might help my BR a bit to play an MTT once in a while and will help my confidence to get away from the penny grinding for a few hours.

On the other hand I've grabbed myself a copy of HEM (not the trial this time) but I'm still waiting on propaganda to email me my results for the month of may (may 5th to june 5th), so these stats I'm basing this blog on might not be 100% accurate (I recon my EV line is even further from my actual bottom line lol).

As for good news, I've improved my play through sweating sessions with a friend of mine who plays NL200 and NL400. He's got me to tighten up a bit and to get my VPIP closer to my PFR (I was around 25~30VP/15PFR). I was playing too many hands and playing certain hands out of position when I should just fold pf, as well as completing the small blind way too much (I blame that one on watching too much TV poker on my free time haha, completing the blinds from sb with total junk). That probably lost me about 2-3$ (stats on 6k hands, guessing I was sb about 1k times, played from sb 35% of the time, so about 350SBs where I paid 1 extra cent).

Had a decent session today, had a friend sweating me through teamviewer, lost a BIG hand AA vs KK, preflop all-in, villain hits a K on the turn (as usual..). Pretty much shot down all profit for that session, finished with +0.54 (EV adj: +5.95). At least I didn't lose anything and I improved my play a bit. My friend says I should be crushing those limits so that helped too ^^

Anyways, done with my rantings, hope you guys are getting better results than mine and good luck on the tables :)
